Information as of 24.04.2021
Change of shareholders and new management
On 30.03.2021 100% of the shares of AIS GmbH were acquired by Gerhard Pfeifer and on 23.04.2021 Gerhard Pfeifer was appointed as managing director for AIS GmbH, at the same time Mrs. Renate Kaysersberg resigned as managing director.
Mrs. Renate Kaysersberg will be responsible as usual for sales and order processing as an employee of AIS GmbH.
With the change of shareholders and the new management, the company succession for AIS GmbH has been secured and the course has been set for further growth and a continued successful future.

We are going to develop a new uniaxial and triaxial sensor for protection class IP68. First prototypes will be assembled beginning of next year.

We have increased our business due to new customers out of the crash test area and therefore we welcome new staff.

We developed a new uniaxial and triaxial sensor for the industrial sector of railway applications for the “Deutsche Bahn”. After successful implementation we assembled first small series. The sensors in different performance and housings will be used for derailment protection. A lot of challenging features like temperature changes, shock protection and protection circuits were realized. Additional request for price reduction for this OEM customers was realized with different chips. Please see our data sheets.
